EVOLUTION was engaged by WBHO Probuild and Maquarie Bank Ltd to complete the conversion of a heritage-classified, former 4-storey wool mill and cotton store in Marrickville.

The project comprised 104 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over three levels, a swimming pool, gymnasium, central atrium and two levels of car parking. Situated under the flightpath of Sydney Airport Acoustic insulation was essential, and there was a heritage requirement for the external facade of Windows and Doors.

NOISESHIELD designed, supplied and installed Western Red Cedar Windows externally, to meet the acoustic requirements, a secondary Vantage "Sound Out" aluminium sliding window was inserted internally. The gymnasium and pool area were fitted with full commercial windows and doors from our AWS Range.
